Dan

Dan Trinh passed away on Sunday March 9th, in our PICU with his very devoted parents and brother by his side. Dan was a beloved son, brother and friend. Dan's parents described Dan as a very loving and generous friend - often buying his friends food and gifts whenever he had money. Dan's parents were extremely generous with our staff throughout his treatment course, often bringing handmade egg rolls and different assortments of Vietnamese food to our clinic, Outpatient Infusion Center and inpatient unit. Dan was unbelievably sweet, soft-spoken and extremely kind to all our staff. It was often hard to get Dan to receive gifts, as he would tell our team to "give them to a patient who needs it." Dan's parents did everything in their power to make sure that Dan felt loved and cared for throughout his difficult cancer journey. It was truly an honor to care for Dan and support his parents. We will always remember Dan and he will forever be in our hearts. He is forever with us!
